Dr Eng. Mohamed Soliman has been appointed since 2013 as a director for Global Energy Trading LTD UNTIL NOW, From April 2004 to October 2008 served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Energy Trade LTD USA, until it was acquired BY Boubyan International Industries Holding Company in 2009.
In March 2009 Dr Eng. Mohamed Soliman served as Boubyan International Industries Holding Company President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2009 to April 2013.
Dr Eng. Mohamed Soliman joined Global Energy Trade LTD in 2004 and, before that, held various management positions at Equatorial Guinea LNG Holdings Limited, where he was employed for over 20 years.
Dr Eng. Mohamed Soliman is a partner at Global Investments. He currently serves on the University of Alexandria Board of Regents and serves in a leadership position with the American Heart Association.

Dr Soliman his qualifications are as follows:

1. Dr Eng. Mohamed Soliman is a graduate of the University of North DAKOTA as a petroleum engineer.
2. He has a Petroleum Engineering Master of Science (M.S.) and Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degrees from the University of North DAKOTA.
3. He has PhD in Petroleum Engineering in the upstream oil & gas exploration and production industry from the University of OKLAHOMA.
4. He has a B.B.A.( Bachelor of Business Administration) Degree from Oxford University in UK.
5. He attended the Advanced Business Management Program at the University of Oxford in the UK

Mr Peter Pratoom was appointed in September 2020 as Director of the Finance Department Mr Peter Pratoom leads GET’s strategy – to transition GET from an International Oil Company to an Integrated Energy Company.

Mr Peter Pratoom is the fourth generation of his family to work in energy. He has held senior roles in finance and management, including as chief of staff to the GET CEO from 2021 to 2023. Most recently he has been GET’s chief financial officer and a member of the board of directors. As CFO he led a major modernization drive in GET finance, including building the financial frame on which GET’s strategy rests.

He has a degree in commerce from the University of Calgary, Canada, and qualified as a chartered financial analyst at the University of West Virginia, USA.

Mr. Danny Kim was appointed in September 2016 as Director of the HR&Admin department.

During his tenure as Chief Operating Officer Mr. Danny Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA from Loyola Marymount University in
Los Angeles, CA. The USA.

Mr. Danny Taller was appointed in 2014 as a director for the Trading division, his Qualification are finance accounting & accounting Global industry &operations Investor and Risk Management. Mr. Danny Taller has an accounting Degree from Baylor University in Texas located in Waco and an MBA, From Southern Methodist University.

Miss Susan Kim was appointed in 2014 as Marketing Director, she has a background in business administration, Marketing and general office management. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Industrial Management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University in northwestern Indiana. and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
